Primo's Gourmet Food Company is a family-run company that makes hand-blended and pre-packaged gourmet spices, dips, mustards, pickled garlic, olives, marinades and olive oils, from California's finest agricultural products. All of our products are produced by the Riccomi family & friends in Hayward, California.
Primo Riccomi, born 1886 in Lucca, Italy was the inspiration behind our delicious products. Primo and his wife, Bianca, made their home in San Francisco for more than 60 years. Primo loved his vegetable garden, joyfully sharing the produce with family and friends.
