 Cajun Shrimp with Linguini 
 
 1 - 16oz can cut and peeled tomatoes
1 lb. linguini, cooked and drained

1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 T olive oil, divided

1 T Primo's Gourmet Food Rage-En Cajun Spice

1 T lemon juice

salt & pepper to taste

Reserve 2 T olive oil.

Combine tomatoes, 2 T olive oil, Primo's Gourmet Food Rage-En Cajun Spice, lemon juice, salt and pepper in bowl. Add shrimp.

Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours.

Heat 2 T olive oil in large sauce pan.

Remove shrimp from marinade.

Cook shrimp in olive oil over medium heat until pink. Add marinade to shrimp, heat thoroughly. Simmer until liquid has been reduced by one-third.

Add cooked linguini. Heat thoroughly.

Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
