SALSA RECIPES |

Salsa Recipe: Add two to three tablespoons to one pound of fresh tomatoes or one 14.5 oz can of PETTITE cut tomatoes. Ready in ten minutes; flavor enhances with time.

Salad Dressing Recipe: Add two to three tablespoons to one cup mayonnaise and one cup milk. Dressing thickens with time.

Primo's Fiesta Dressing 1 cup milk ( sour cream to make thick dip) 1 cup Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp mix with milk let sit 24 hours to thicken |
We like this on taco salad or any salad
Great fish taco with any fish, (we've used frozen ) jack cheese, fine chopped cabbage/ lettuce
avocado, lime juice, and of course Primo's Salsa
replace 1/3 cup milk with sour cream to thicken or try with buttermilk

Primo's Fiesta Fettuccini 1 can evaporated milk ¼ cup parmesan cheese tbl sp sun dried tomato 2-3 tbsp mix put over grilled chicken/shrimp and fettuccini |
You can use milk, just reduce or thicken with flour or starch. Pasta, a nice Italian veggie and bread.
It's great. Nice spice. We like it hot with the Habanero but is also very good with original or chipotle.

Primo's Fiesta Steak Rub (fajitas) to 5 lbs meat 2-3 tbsp mix garlic salt to taste drizzle with olive oil let rest 10 to 20 minutes then BBQ |
We love to BBQ and this was easy and very good
I like short ribs, take chill off meat then season
BBQ ten minutes a side or until done on med heat
Cut the meat for fajitas after you BBQ add grilled veggies, Fiesta dressing from above with some fresh salsa and a little avocado you will love it.
