Primo's Gourmet Food Company will NEVER divulge any personal information about our customers or web site visitors to third party advertisers. Period...  No exceptions...

When you place an order, we will ask you for your email address, in order to send an order confirmation email.  This order confirmation will serve as your receipt, and will contain information which is required to track your order, if necessary. 

From time to time, Primo's Gourmet Food Company may send email of special offers to our mailing list subscribers.  If you do not wish to receive these offers, you may opt out.  During the purchase process, simply "uncheck" the "Add to Mailing List" checkbox.

If you are on the mailing list, and wish to remove yourself from it, send an email to removeme@primosgourmetfood.com, and your request will be honored. It's just that easy.

The Information We Collect: 
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on PrimosGourmetFood. The types of personal information we collect includes:

The Way We Use Information: 
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.  For instance, we must provide your address to UPS to deliver the ordered items.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive, notify customers of backorders, and notify customers of problems with an order.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers.  For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we do not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

If you choose to receive your tracking number via email when the package is shipped, UPS will be provided with your email address to forward this information to you. UPS has assured us they do not sale or disclose this information.
